The operational principle for this system is squeezing stones in order to changes the size and reaching the desired size. The fixed jawis located on the static surface of the jaw crusher. Opposite the fixed jaw, the moveable jaw travels a path in a reciprocating motion and crushes the stonesusing the transmitted energy to hydraulic toggles. The empty space between fixed and movablejaws and the exit nozzle, determines the maximum output of the crusher. The stones that enter the crusher, are repeatedly squeezed and pressured until it is all crushed into small pieces as proportionate to the size of exit nozzle.
The adjustment of the exit nozzle due to the length of it allows the stones to move easily within the machine. The closing of the exit nozzle is achieved through the length of the toggle.This design restricts the angle between the fixed and movable jaw, preventing it from reciprocating beyond the standard angle values. Therefore, the crusher ceases to break from inside and through the jaws outside.
The chassis is made of a strong single coherent layer of steel and the jaws are made of anti-abrasion, Molybdopterins steel,making it completely resistant towards erosion. Ball bearings used in jaw crusher can tolerate up to sixth times more than the standard load.
