The new modified vibrometer-balancer BALTECH VP-3470 has in its configuration all necessary accessories for vibration correction, incl. balancing masses. It is designed for balancing in own bearings for machines of wide range. But for balancing of crankshafts and cardan shafts we recommend to use special balancing machines BALTECH HBM series.
The vibrometer-balancer BALTECH VP-3470 is designed for measurement, detection and analysis of vibration parameters of rotating equipment in operation for technical condition monitoring and diagnostics. Such control can be performed for operating electric motors, pumps, fans, exhausters, compressors, turbines, generators in different branches of industry and science.
The system BALTECH VP-3470 has units for vibration measurement, balancing calculation and conduction. For task solution of rotor balancing in own bearings there is a built-in processor for balancing masses to be mounted in balancing planes of machines and their installation angle.
Description of the system for dynamic balancing.
The construction of the system BALTECH VP-3470 consists of a set of vibration sensors, a tachometer, a stroboscope, a special computer unit (a device) and a set of fixtures.
Channels 1 and 2 on the top of the computer unit are designed for vibration sensors. Inputs for a tachometer and a stroboscope are placed also there.
The computer unit consists of a constant-current single-chip microcontroller, graphical colored LCD-display with solution 320×240 pixel and 4 LiFePO batteries and non-volatile storage for reports and device’s service information.
All units are housed in a solid aluminum housing (safety class IP65) with a membrane keyboard on the front. Batteries are also in a housing. Data exchange of the computer unit with the software BALTECH Expert occurs per USB-interface.
