Dynamic balancing becomes easy, fast and effective. The new low-cost system BALTECH VP-3470 is a modification of the previous portable balancing devices.
The main reason of increased vibration of rotating machines is unbalance which results in bearing heating and failure and as a result in unplanned shutdowns and machine breakdowns. The unbalance leads accelerated wear of bearings, shafts or other machine parts, increased noise level, equipment performance degradation etc. Pricing for balancing due to the use of the new system BALTECH VP-3470 can be lower in comparison with other vibration analyzers. The unbalance correction is quite a hard task which should be performed by a skilled staff using complex measurement equipment. The new multifunctional system BALTECH VP-3470 makes the dynamic balancing in own bearings easier and more simple. The system includes two vibration sensors, a modern laser tachometer with a magnetic V-block, balancing scales, test weights, reflective pressure-sensitive tape and other accessories. The maximum configuration includes also the software BALTECH Expert, which allows not only saving reports after dynamic rotor balancing, but also analysis and trending of vibration level, spectrum. The system is designed for use by service and repair specialists, mechanicians and power engineers. The new aluminum electronic unit of the BALTECH VP-3470, modified electronic circuit diagram and the software BALTECH Expert let additionally control and save thermography and alignment data, plug in standard stroboscopes or use 2 vibration channels. These functions are available according to the European requirements of technical diagnostics due to ISO 10816.
