Balancing of cardan shafts and crankshafts can be usually performed with special monitoring stands BALTECH HBM series. For cheaper solution of the tasks we can recommend to prepare simple driven supports and to buy the balancing system BALTECH VP-3470 for measurement.

IMPORTANT: Dynamic forces from unbalance are the most of low-frequency destabilizing forces of the machine, therefore they are very critical for mechanical strength of machine construction elements and for instance of rotor bearings.
The main idea of dynamic balancing of rotating equipment is to reduce vibration on control points of bearings at rotation frequency in order to achieve certain (normal or critical) tolerances for bearing vibration providing its mechanical strength.
Due to the relative position of rotation axis and principal central axis of inertia x-x, there are different kinds of rotor unbalance:
а) Static unbalance, when the mass/inertia axis is parallel to shaft axis;
б) Couple unbalance, when the mass/inertia axis and the shaft axis intersect on geometric rotor centre S;
в) Dynamic unbalance, when the mass/inertia axis and the shaft axis intersect out of the mass center or do not intersect at all. Balancing solution is the balancing system BALTECH VP-3470.
