On basis of contract relations we realize a flexible approach to your orders for service and maintenance.
Technical service can have different periodicity:
1. One-time (work amount estimation for current maintenance and scheduled-preventive maintenance);
2. Periodic (monthly, quarterly etc.);
3. Permanent (database support for maintainable equipment every month).

3. Balancing of equipment (up to 3 planes, up to 16 planes) and rotors on machines.
4. Laser alignment of machines (horizontal machines with couplings, vertical machines on flanges) with the systems Fixturlaser NXA and BALTECH SA-4300.
5. Laser alignment of sheaves and belt drives (belts, joints, tapes) with the systems Fixturlaser PAT and BALTECH SA.
6. High precision laser geometry check with the systems BALTECH LL-9110
7. Energy audit and thermovision inspection of equipment and enclosing structures with infrared cameras BALTECH TR-01500
8. Rolling element bearing monitoring with the stands BALTECH BCM-6150 and measurement devices for radial clearance BALTECH BCM-A».
