The new vibration analyzer BALTECH VP-3470 is intended for vibration diagnostics of machines on production plants. The vibration analyzer has the best features in comparison to devices of the same type in the business segment, where they are used, and its minimum value averages 3200 euro. Spectral diagnostics based on envelope spectrum allow performing diagnostics efficiently an each enterprise with minimum costs and maximum effect. Built-in balancing module in vibration analyzer allows 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-plane balancing in own bearings when as required. Two vibration channels and phase meter (tachometer) lets detect symptoms of misalignment or unbalance. If you need to perform multi-plane balancing or balancing under different operation modes, we recommend using the software BALTECH Balance (can be installed on a laptop). The software is designed for multi-mode machines or multi-plane balancing.
BALTECH Balance is intended for calculating of balancing masses. This is an independent balancing calculator, which can be used with devices of any manufacturers. The program is not connected to any special device, so it enables performing the machine balancing with any phase and vibration amplitude testers. The integrated calculator performs calculation of a trial weight. The initial data for the calculation (values of vibration and phase level) can be measured with your device and entered into the software manually.
