Measurement. Automatic, time and method of truncated shaft alignment.
Fixturlaser NXA Pro has three methods of measurement, the time, the truncated corner and rapid method in the automatic mode. The function of the truncated corner is used in cases when you can not rotate the shaft 180 degrees. When using the method «Tripoint» calculation is performed by measuring the alignment of three points in the rotation shaft - at least 60 degrees. All points are recorded manually.
The standard method of measuring the "9-12-3" has long been worked out and implemented in the system Fixturlaser NXA Pro as standard.
When using the "Clock" of the machine is calculated based on the measurement of three points in the range of 180 degrees. This method is useful when comparing the results with traditional methods of measuring alignment with time displays using the method of "reverse indicators."
