Fixturlaser NXA Pro is a new wireless laser system for alignment of shafts and machine trains from BALTECH. Express alignment according to the concept «Reliability technologies» allows to perform a precision alignment of shafts and machine trains faster and easier.
The new laser alignment system uses a second generation CCD detector (world’s best performance). Line laser, long-life batteries, sensor display, ergonomic design, battery charge level control unit deliver the best result both for experienced and beginning users. A new OmniView function provides a 3D animation of the machine from the side where the user is positioned during the vertical and horizontal alignment procedure. The built-in gyroscope keeps track of both you and the machine in real time mode. This new evolutionary function is a real revolution in alignment.
The measurement units are easily mounted on shafts and half-couplings with a chain fixture and thin magnets. Now you don’t need to uncase the laser alignment for charging. All the units are charged inside the set.
