Дополнительная информацияRequirements:
Education: higher, Economical with specialization in logistic and procurement. Not less than 5 years in foreign company in logistic and procurement area. English – fluent, German – desired, Kazakh – desired.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical and Commercial Bid Preparation Phase
- Identify lists of potential suppliers/contractors to request technical and commercial bids with due consideration of the company’s supplier database;
- Prepare requests for receipt of technical and commercial bids for supply of equipment or provision of services and forward them to suppliers/contractors;
- Consultancy to the sales department staff, project managers, traders on matters within the area of responsibility of the procurement and logistics department (terms and conditions of supply, customs regimes, customs duties, organization of cargo transportation, etc.).
Project Implementation Phase
- Analyse terms and conditions of contracts with customers and costing of projects to create logistics information systems;
- Tendering for optimal supplier/contractor in accordance with instructions for procedure of tendering for procurement of equipment and services;
- Place orders/draft and sign contracts with suppliers/contractors after authorization of tenders;
- Monitor compliance with contract provisions in terms of delivery timing, requirements to products and accompanying documents;
- Provide justifications and issue claims to suppliers in cases of their failure to meet the terms and conditions of contracts;
- Interact with certification agencies to obtain permits for importation of equipment into the Republic of Kazakhstan (obtain certificates of compliance, fire safety certificates, radio frequency centre (RFC) permits, and sanitary-epidemiological opinions);
- Arrange material entries in ERP system, within the competence of the procurement and logistics department, in close cooperation with traders and stockmen;
Special Professional Tasks
- Market analysis to identify potential suppliers in terms of specific groups of products, regular assessment and monitoring of suppliers;
- Prepare quarterly reports of purchases and services.
Compensation package:
Medical Insurance, 32 calendar days of paid leave, part of fitness costs, full payment for 15 days of sickness in a year, training, annual bonus.
