Requirements:
• strong academic record;
• at least 1 year of experience preferably in consulting area;
• well-bred and distinct speech;
• excellent English (upper-intermediate/advanced level - both oral and written);
• advanced PC user;
• good team player with strong professional ethics.
Terms of Reference:
• answering and processing incoming calls;
• forwarding calls according to customers request;
• monitoring and statistics of calls;
• remote working (work-at-home job)
