| Дополнительная информация | Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. is seeking the services of an experienced local Regulatory Analyst to advise and assist on regulatory issues related to a large industrial construction project, which is being built under the terms of a bilateral agreement between the United States and Kazakhstan.
Construction Regulatory Analyst based in Almaty
Responsibilities: Regulatory and legal support of the construction process from site preparation to facility commissioning, including all aspects of the permitting, licensing and certification processes for an industrial facility; consulting on the strategy with Government and local authorities; preparation of reports and deliverables to the Client, Construction Contractor, and the Booz Allen Manager.
Requirements: Bachelor degree in Law (LLM preferred), with five or more years experience, including work experience in the construction industry and contract management; in depth knowledge of Kazakhstani legislation, especially in relation to the construction area; experience working with Government and local authorities regarding permits, approvals and compliance issues in the area of construction; experience working on international technical assistance projects involving construction; proficiency in English, Russian and preferably Kazakh languages; excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills. |
